STARFACE Services price list
The STARFACE services “NEON” and “DSL” cannot be booked for ProCall NEX.
When booking estos ProCall NEX incl. National Flat, calls in the categories Germany fixed network and Germany mobile network are included. Calls to special numbers are excluded. If more than 1,000 call minutes per user and month are used to national mobile networks, we reserve the right to terminate the contract without notice. The National Flat is valid for all PBX users and for a full calendar month. It can be terminated by estos at the end of the following month. If the flat rate is canceled, the standard rate applies with billing according to call minutes to the German landline and mobile network as stated in the price list under tariff zones. The ProCall NEX National Flat cannot be combined with the STARFACE Full Flat and Fair Flat offers. If you wish to book a STARFACE Flat offer, you must cancel the ProCall NEX National Flat before you can book a STARFACE offer. Switching between different tariffs is possible on the 1st of the following calendar month.
